Straight Ejector Pins
Round pins transfer ejector-plate movement to the molded part. SKD61 and nitrided configurations are options within this family, not different functions.

Family-specific questions
What is the main difference between a step ejector pin and a straight ejector pin?
A step pin limits stroke via its stepped body; a straight pin has no built-in stroke limit—travel is set by other mold features.
What causes ejector pin bending or uneven ejection?
Often linked to pin straightness, heat-treat consistency, and guide/clearance—review diameter, length and guidance together.
What causes frequent breakage or abnormal wear?
Insufficient material quality, poor surface treatment, lateral load or poor fit can contribute—reassess grade and surface for your duty.
Why are pin dimensions inconsistent across batches?
Inconsistent process control in mass production causes drift—define tolerances and inspection in your PO.
What is needed to order custom straight pins?
Photos alone are usually insufficient—supply mold-related drawings with diameter, length, tolerances, material and tip form.
