An enlarged shoulder provides a defined mounting or guiding interface. Shoulder position and mating geometry must match the ejector assembly.
A reduced ejection tip joins a larger support shaft. Step dimensions are selected to suit the available contact area and mold support.
A thin rectangular working end reaches narrow ribs and restricted ejection areas. Blade orientation and the transition to the shank require close attention.
A square working section provides a non-round contact surface. Its orientation must be maintained by the corresponding mold guide geometry.
A hollow sleeve moves around a core pin to eject a boss or tubular feature. Concentricity and wall thickness are reviewed with the mating core.
A spring-loaded valve admits air at the mold surface during release to help break a vacuum. It assists demolding without replacing the mechanical ejector design.
